Awesome and well built. Dismantling the original stock was by far the hardest part installation. I suggest high grade 3/32nd punches and a lot of patience to remove the pins.

This is a solid stock, the lock up is very secure, no wobbles whatsoever. It feels like it belongs on the Type 81.

Fits solid and installation is eassyyy. Quality is excellent. Would recommend! Paired it with Delta's buffer tube adapter and fitment is amazing!

This mount is built good, looks great and is very solid.
My only complaints are that my underfolder does hit the bottom of the mount which is marring the area causing damage and paint to scrape off.
I would have also liked the picatinny mount included to be held on by 3-4 screws for more solid mounting as it is kind of a sloppy fit.
At some point I would like to utilize the 4 red dot pre drilled threaded holes to make a mount adapter that would hold the picatinny rail. That would ensure a very solid pic rail mount.
Also including a few different lengths of picatinny to be used so you could really dial in the eye relief when using something like a 3x micro prism. I understand it was built for a red dot but it can easily be adapted for a more variety of optics this way.
I tried this option as a replacement for the more cumbersome master mount option which I personally don’t like the look of.
All in all it was a great buy, worth the money and had fun planning and building it to adapt for my usage.
Also, yes it can still be taken apart for cleaning and servicing without having to remove the optic or the complete mounting assembly even with the new extended pic rail installed.

I just installed it today, it was extremely easy to do. It s machined to perfection it fits nice and tight and no modifications required as advertised. I can’t wait to try it out. Glad I purchased it and paired it with the light weight folding stock. I highly recommend this product if you want a change you can’t go wrong.

A must have for any Type 81. Well built and versatile considering the 4 different shim sizes.

The standard charging handle is way too small for my liking, this brings it up to par with an SKS' handle. Makes reloading smoother. Now all we need is an extended mag release paddle, as again, too small in stock form!

Great oversized charging handle, easy to install, used the size 2 shim, the texture is deceptively tactile.

Fantastic quality, feels remarkably sturdy, a little longer length which fits my hand width perfect. Seem like it will be more durable than the factory grip. I'll update in the winter months how it holds up but it's great for current weather conditions.

Just received my adapter today. The machining looked good, the finish looked good, superior to what this firearm deserved. Easy install, the hardware was good quality. I recommend that anyone that has a type 81 that's compatible with this adapter get it if they want to use something other then the manufacturers stock which I find difficult to get a good cheek weld with.

When I first got my Type 81 underfolder, found Delta Dynamics, and saw they were sold out of their mount, I thought I had missed out. They kept me posted on when they were coming back into stock and as soon as they did I ordered. I was not disappointed.

The mount is rock solid. The screw pins are actually firm to thread into the mount when I installed it. Everything feels very solid. The mount sits as low as it can and still allows for the dust cover to be removed without losing zero. With my Crossfire 2 installed using the T2 pattern, it gives a low cheek/high chin weld which is decent given that the underfolder has a high sight picture already.

I love it and can't wait for the ban to reverse so I can take it out to the range!

Ordered the underfolder stock adapter, folding stock, and xfire side mount. Build quality is amazing. Better than expected, especially the stock. Removing the original underfolder stock was a pain. The retaining nut on mine was slightly warped so I had to use a pair of channel-locks to remove it. Other than that, everything went on fairly easy-ish. 10/10 quality, 10/10 packaging. Would order again!
